Get to know
Dr. Bloch

Since 1992, my mission has remained unchanged: putting patients first. Guided by the values of hard work and compassion instilled in me by my family, I have spent over three decades not just practicing medicine, but innovating it. From founding the Envision Medical Group to training the next generation of physicians at Michigan State and Wayne State, my focus has always been on creating a higher standard of care. Today, I am proud to bring that lifelong dedication to One Health in Farmington Hills, where I continue to focus on mending lives through quality, team-based medicine.

Foundation

Amazing parental guidance that instilled family wisdom and values: work ethic, innovation, leadership, humility, community and compassion.

Dedication to Education

Affiliate Medical Preceptor with Des Moines University (DO), Michigan State University (DO/PA), University of Detroit Mercy (PA), American Academy of Antigua (MD), American University of the Caribbean (MD), and. Others.

Focus on Quality Service

Gained high level experience in clinical coding and electronic medical records use, improving provider schedules, efficiency and workflows, and exceeding patient quality metrics and satisfaction.

Entreprenuer (2001-2021)

A year out of residency I entered a 10 year span serving as an Owner, Vice-President and shortly thereafter the president of Main Center Family Medicine. My efforts expanded the practice from one office location to 3 locations and led to the merger of Main Center Family Medicine with three other practices (at four other locations) to form Envision Medical Group, a value-based family medicine group.

Growth, Development and Innovation (2010-2021)

The next 11 years, were focused on improving services and care for patients. As part of Envision Medical Group. I was instrumental in developing its diagnostic center, lab, and vascular center, as well as its cardiac, pulmonary, infectious disease, nephrology, gynecology and chronic disease management programs. I helped establish multiple patient-focused initiatives, including care management, dietitian services, a specialty physician network, remote care monitoring, gaps in care, continuous glucose monitoring, and a substance abuse program. Envision Medical Group offered exposure to local and national leaders, ACO and PO directors, and other thought trailblazers. The collective goal was to create access to care typically only found in the hospital setting but at a fraction of the cost while achieving high quality metrics.

Transition (2021-2024)

Envision Medical Group’s success and recognition led to a relationship with VillageMD which eventually garnered the support of the Envision Executive board resulting in an acquisition by the company, owned by Walgreens. After the procurement my role was to shift from an executive making leadership decisions for the entire company to a lead physician at the Northville location.

Dedication to Patient Care

Since 1992 my fulltime job has always been seeing patients. I have done my best to provide the highest quality medical care and forever make patients my priority. This dedication extends to my expectations of the staff who have consistently been in alignment with my requests, tolerated my elevated standards and too, as a result, collected the affection of the patients we’ve seen together. It takes a team.

New Beginning (2025)

My required time with VillageMD has concluded, and I'm thrilled to begin a new chapter with One Health in Farmington Hills with Hassan Kassem, MD. Once again, I will see patients, focus on advancing and improving health care, and be able to offer new programs that help mend my patients condition.
